A conversation with Annabel Daou

Tuesday / March 22 / 12pm EST

Join artist Annabel Daou and AAC’s curator of exhibitions Blair Murphy for a conversation in conjunction with Global Spotlight: Annabel Daou, on view at AAC through March 26. The works in the exhibition – A Year Like Any Other (2020), and chou hayda / if you only knew (2017-2018) – offer meditations on the human relationship to time and its passage, particularly in periods of crisis. In this conversation, the artist will discuss these pieces and her practice more broadly, giving the audience a wider perspective on her work.

Annabel Daou’s work appears courtesy the artist, signs and symbols, New York, and Galerie Tanja Wagner, Berlin.
